Information About Fees to Join PSA Photo Gathering 2024

REGISTRATION FEES

Online Registration Will Be Open From 15th of September 2023 Until 1st of March 2024

The details of the fees can be seen after the online registration. Please log in and the fees will be displayed on the participant’s page.

Payment Method

International Participant

At the time of registration, you will receive a Unique Participation ID in your email and the information for log in.

Payment should be done using the link at the website that can be accessed after log in.

All fees must be paid in FULL to the organizer.

We provide only one method of payment:


         1. Wire transfer to Bank Account

        • For Wire transfer  payment, Please find the invoice and  Bank details at the payment menu that can be accessed after log in.
        • Bank charges or any exchange difference will be borne by the participants.
        • Please write your full name and participation ID in the transfer form so we are able to identify the participant’s payment.
        • Wire transfer will be approved manually, if your status still unpaid after 7 days, please contact us at [email protected].

Indonesian Participant

For Indonesian Participants or KITAS holder, payment will be in Rupiah using Bank Transfer. Please find the invoice at the payment menu that can be accessed after log in.

Trip Inclusions

Included

  1. Airport Pick Up at New Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) on 22nd of July  2024

  2. Airport Drop off at Juanda International Airport (SUB), Surabaya on 29th July 2024

  3. Welcome Kits

  4. Transportation by comfortable air-conditioned vehicles on all days of photo meeting either by minibus or jeep depending on the location

  5. Full Photo Tours including traditional models, entrance fees, travel guides

  6. Accommodation in International Standard Hotels , 3 star , 4 stars or 5 stars Hotels depending on the location

  7. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on 23rd of July until 28th of July 2024

  8. Breakfast and snacks will be provided for 29th of July 2024

  9. Welcome dinner and Gala dinner

  10. Bottled water (2 bottles each day) and snacks (as needed) during the program duration

  11. All taxes and services charges currently applicable by the government for the above expenses

Excluded

  1. Travel cost for onward and return journey, to and from Indonesia, international flights and domestic flights.
  2. Personal Medicine
  3. Food and snacks taken personally except that mentioned above
