The Photographic Society of America is pleased to announce the 2nd PSA Photo Gathering 2024 on Java Island, Indonesia. The 8 days – 7 nights Photo Gathering will cover many spectacular places such as Borobudur, one of the greatest Buddhist temples in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site, Mount Bromo, one of the famous active volcanoes in Indonesia and exposure to many traditional Indonesian arts and cultures.
Indonesia is a diverse and vibrant country located in Southeast Asia. It is the fourth most populous country in the world with 270 million people. Indonesia is a vibrant democracy and is known for its diverse cultural heritage, which is reflected in its languages, customs, arts and culinary traditions. Over 700 living languages are spoken in Indonesia.
The eight days of PSA-PG is of course about photography but it will also broaden, strengthen and grow the camraderie, networking and friendships of the participants. You will bring home not only world-class pictures but also the memory of the adventure that is Indonesia. PSA-PG is a unique event that brings us closer.
